I still do it some. I live in N. Texas. When I was a kid there was a designated spot that the men would hang coyotes. It was at an intersection of 2 county roads and had a hanging pole set up just for them. There was alot of hunting with dogs then. Now days there are too many houses and people to run dogs. We have heard some complaints from some of the "new" people that it is not proper to hang them up but I still do it on occasion just to show off. Especially if it is a really big dog. Also hang up big catfish heads to brag about.

I'm from south Texas around Lake Texana. Some of us down here put our big catfish heads on fence posts.

I did it on some interior fences when I trapped for the goverment. It's against policy to do it on the hwy. To many people get offended. But I still like to see it

Our lease manager hires a trapper to come in from time to time and he strings yotes on the fence.

I do it sometimes. They sure do make for a stink, though.

Our neighbor does it still. Mainly bobcats and fox...we still rarely have yotes.
