Plow disk rust

Just got handed 4 or 5 plow disk. Old and rusty. What is going to be my best option for removing the rust on these disk?

4 inch grinder with a tiger disc on it.

Tiger disc. Or sand blast then tiger disc to polish up.

Find someone with a sandblaster

WD40 has a new rust killer out....or I can come take it off your hands so you wont need to worry about it.

What are they going to be used for?

Sandblasting will require less elbow grease.
