alright we have some disagreement amongst the hunting group, some say cottonmouth/water moccasin and some same harmless water snake. What say the experts of the green screen

Its dead pick it up and see whats its teeth look like. If you don't want to do that take a better pic of head with eyes. If you don't want to do that see if it has round pupils or slotted.

hard to say, the tail looks a little pointed to me and the head doesn't look wide enough for a cottonmouth. need close-up pics to be sure.

Definitely looks like a cottonmouth/mocassin. That triangular head is a dead giveaway

yep, that head is triangular shaped so i'm going with cotton mouth.
