                Feel for you man.

Tell the cardiologist that you just want to skip all the tests and just go straight for the heart catheterization. You will know right then whats going on. If you need a stint or balloon, birds nest, or something else. The test is no big deal anymore, day surgery. They used to go through the femoral in the crotch but now they go through your wrist. The actual heart cath only takes 5 minutes. Its the prep and recovery room time that takes forever. Heart isn't anything to mess with. Again bro I hope you are ok.

Never be afraid or ashamed to ask for prayer. Being faced with mortality in the form of medical issues is a sobering and shaking experience. Prayers sent for you brother. Keep your head about ya, and hug your family every day.

If you are having angina, ask your Dr about the new drug Ranexa.
It's a time release form of nitro. It has work really well for me.
I have had at least 4 heart attacks, 3 within the past year and one stint put in but no bypass surgeries yet. With 10% of my heart muscle dead, I have problems with angina and chest pain. Funny thing is my doctor says my heart is still strong. You only live once so I just keep on going and live for today.
                    Good luck to ya.
