I shoot rt helical, used to shoot left helical when I shot fingers. Back then I was told that the archers paradox-(bending of the arrow) could cause fletching contact, and that was why I shot left helical as it put the fletching farther from the riser. With a release it probably does not matter as the arrow bends up and down instead of right to left. I now shoot rt helical because I believe a helical fletch stabilizes broadheads better, and rt because left unscrews my field tips in flight.

What kind of bow?
What rest are you using?
Fingers or release?
Feathers or vanes?
If you are shooting compound bow with release and shoot through/drop away rest, then it's a matter of what you decide to use. I shoot lefty/Compond/release/drop away, my arrows are vanes with either right offset or right helical.
Shooting fingers with a shoot "around" rest would be different.

The biscuit is a shoot through rest, so left or right twist will not matter. I’d stick with the right helical or offset, it’s the most common. I have had my kids shooting biscuits with low profile 4 inch vanes and with blazers. Both have worked fine. A good sturdy vane will last longer. You will lose a few FPS using a biscuit, but it’s negligible. If you are going to hunt, tune the bow so that FPs hit with your broadheads, you should be fine after that. Actually, do a good job on tuning the bow, even if you are not going to hunt.
