Sorry to hear this. I had a lease off of Fostoria road in Cleveland that they would steel everything but hand corn. I would do a search on the net. There are some devices but I think battery life will be your issue. I finally just had to give my place up it got so bad. They even took a 20ft tower stand!

Hunting public land in Ohio
You could up ladder stand as long as it was marked with Your name and contact info
We had a organization come thru and tried to steel stands
we would chain them and to where you put the support from tree to ladder we drilled a hole in bolt and would put a lock
I know a few that used tripods would drive a 3ft stake and chain and lock them
It is sad when you have to do it

Its likely a loosing battle as thieves these days don't fear punishment from law enforcement even if they are caught. Maybe try several cameras camo'd in well with your best bet being the texting cams. A high price to pay though. I hate thieves. I Would likely give them a serious lesson in the woods on right and wrong if I were to catch them in the act.

There are several small devices that have a battery life of several weeks that can be used. Put it in a small area that it would not be seen. They are not too expensive and you can set up a geographic fence so when the item leaves the fence it texts you. Downside is you would need a separate tracker for each stand. Make sure you have a TDL number or some other identifying number on the stand for when it is recovered. Gonna be up to you if it is worth it to spend the money or not. If you are not close to the area hopefully your local LEO's will work with you and help recover the stuff. Theft of a deer blind is probably Theft 500-1500$ a Class A misdemeanor which usually means 4 hours in jail and probation unless the crook has two prior theft convictions. Good luck
