I went from a Chevy z-71 to Tacoma TRD and loved it. Then work demands changed and had to pull a heavy trailer which was too much for the Tacoma so back to full size. I still miss my taco.

As a caveat, I would not have bought a Tacoma with the short bed. Had a Dakota Crew Cab as a work truck with that size bed, and found it extremely useless. I'm glad I have the 6ft bed on the Taco.

Probably gonna pull the trigger if she checks out mechanically.

I will need to tow a trailer with a zero turn on it once a week. How is the towing with them?
I pull a trailer with my riding mower and a walk-behind and no problems. Truck is a 4-cyl 5-speed.

Nice looking truck, and I see it's a Sport..........the hood scoop isn't all that obtrusive, and still appeals to the teenager in me... One thing you have to watch is how larger tires and/or lifts will affect fuel mileage and power delivery. Make sure you test drive the heck out of that one. Mine's gonna stay on stock wheels/tire size (OK, maybe up to a 265/70-17 when the OE tires wear out).

I almost went from a full-size Dodge Ram Crew Cab to a Tacoma but instead went to a Jeep Wrangler Sport and I have no regrets. Full-size truck just wasn't for me, especially when you drive it in the city every day.

Every time I would go from my work truck to my toyota I felt very cramped and I hated it. Now for the last 15 years I have only had full size trucks as I just can't go back to the smaller truck.
I always had toys then I got an old f250 and realized how tight that cab use to be.

I don't have one but have spent a few miles in one. They are what they are, a great mid-sized truck. If you need lots of bed space or leg room for kids they're a bit small.

If you really need an off road truck, you'll have a hard time finding a better one.

It's really maneuverable on the boat ramp, or offroad.
