The company I work for has hired a contract company to do an 870mhz upgrade to our network. This contract company is having trouble finding experienced guys to do this work. I can't promise anything but I could get you in touch with the owner of the contract company. You would need to have experience in sweep and balance, splicing, and troubleshooting line problems. You would also probably have to provide your own tools.
