New Help for my Getting old Buddy

If you are like me, maybe your best friend is getting "over the hill?" Kuma will be 11 in June and has problems jumping in & out of the our truck. He seems to have the same pains I get and obviously getting older, not the energy either.

So here is something new I got from Tractor Supply about 10 days ago. According to the manager, who I know pretty well, they have been selling a LOT of it to breeders, ranchers, etc. I was a little skeptical because Kuma gets tired of the "treats" that are supposed to help with joints and such.

BUT, he loves this stuff and I can see much improvement with his activity and he even seems to be able to run and jump in the truck much better. I guess it tastes good too as I mix it in with his food and he eats every bit of it. As I was trying to take the pic of it he would not stay away even from the package, smelled it I guess.

$20 for a 60 day supply, but with his size probably 30-40 days?

He's been my most loyal, protective friend so I wanted to "try" and help him too!

Glad the supplement worked. IF you want to help Kuma, stop making him jump in & out of your truck. The supplements can't replace cartilage, that pounding coming off the tailgate is pulverizing the cartilage and causing bone on bone.

Thought about that every time he "begs" to go for a ride. I'm actually working with him to walk up and down on a ramp....half the time he tries to jump half way off in the truck. Old habits are hard to change, even with him!

So it's a supplement that you put on their food? Is it in powder form or how do you give it to him? Good looking dog by the way.

Got one similar. Gambler is his name, no breed of consequence but I lift him in and out of the bed of the truck purely because he has been a good dog and he loves to go for a ride.

Thanks for the info. I've seen it but was skeptical. I'll buy some for my boy Jake.

So you have seen improvements in only 7 days of use? Wow
