    Need advice/Propane Line

I'm in the process of building an outdoor kitchen and will have multiple items needing propane ran to them. I would like to have one bottle and run a hose...pipe...etc through the cabinet and have outlets going to each burner. What do I use, what fittings, what size??? And can I buy everything at Lowes, Home Depot?? Thanks for the help!

Use the proper regulator, 1"Black pipe...gas fittings with full flow gas vales at each "T" that feeds a cooking point.

Your local propane company should have every thing you need. They can also lead you through it. They will be as cheap as the box stores as they want to sell you propane.

How many burners are you pushing? You shouldn't need a 1" line since LP operates at 10" WC, compared to NG at 3.5" WC. A 1/2" line should push your burners w/o issue. Make sure your burner offices are converted to LP from NG.

Just an FYI, several years ago I mentioned to an acquaintance that I was in the process of building an outdoor kitchen and wanted to use propane fuel.
He told me that he had had a terrible accident one day when he went to use his gas burner. He told me the gas had build-up in his cabinets and exploded when he tried to lite the burner.
His advise to me was to place the propane tank on the outside of the cabinets. I took his advise and placed the propane tank on the outside. I'm glad I did cause I've come to find that I sometimes forget to close either the valve or the burner knobs. Good luck and stay Safe.

I plan to set up a gas grill, gas griddle and 2 or 3 regular burners!

Your local propane dealer will be able to assist with finding all the parts you need.
