I lost it today boys....

We were at the inlaws planning out mothers day this afternoon. And my mother was not going to be invited. Now this is nothing new, my mother is high maintenance!!!!!! And generally we have seperate family functions. However since my father has past and he normally controls the Mother's Day plans.......

I lost it.... All of the expected negative energy envolved with loosing a best friend has been pinned up for the last few months and it all came pouring out!!!!! I just spent the last 30+ minutes crying like a 3 yr old with a skinned knee. Not a drop to drink, been a great day! I think it was just time to let it all out. It sucked!!!!

No anger.... Just finally popped that balloon. I hold everything in, like most males and the conversation sent me over the edge. We have a great family bond on this side.... It's my side that is the issue. However, she will be there despite all of the drama that comes with her.

You gave me a chuckle about your mom not being invited because she is high maintenance. After I finished laughing about that I am now wondering what in the world that little fact has to do with anything. Are you planning to eat pork jowls and pigs feet and your mom has more of a medallions of tenderloin diet?

Don't worry about losing it. It is nature's stress reliever for humans. I hope that all is well with you.
