Hagerman draw questions

Is there an actual point system in place now? I got in 5 or 6 yrs in a row via the free pass for a doe. Ain't drawn since they cut out consecutive free passes.

I should have 3 or 4 points now. If there is a point system, does it hurt my chances if I put in w/a buddy who has no points ?

Shouldn't hurt your chances to put in with a buddy unless he's the one listed as the primary hunter. And I believe the max points that anyone had last year was 2, so you'd only 3 this year. They're doing it differently this year. A higher % of people will be drawn that weren't drawn last year. I think it's around 60% of the people who get drawn will be new draws from the last year. They sent an email about it but I can't find it right now.
