The stretching of the shed skin is correct.

If the shed is about 6' long, it came from a snake about 4-5' long.
As stated above, it stretches about a third or so, 3' snake will have 4' shed, 6' snake will have 8' shed, etc.
It's not an exact measurement, but 20-30% will get you close.

Measured it. 6' 4"

It is alot more dry now. When I found it, it was still very moist.
