Good deed thread.

Tried using the search function but it is currently not working for me besides another good deed thread probably wouldn't hurt anyway.

If you got a good deed you did today or yesterday or whenever post it up, the ole green screen could use some cheering up since it is still several months till season opens. Anyway heres mine for the day.

Coming back from class and a mid 50s lady was broke down on 4th street and TTech parkway, pulled in front of her and offered to tow her up out of the road into the research farms parking lot to the right. Got her up in there and asked if she needed a jump or out of gas. She said it probably ran out of gas but she didn't have any money to buy gas. Told her not to worry about it I would spot her 20 bucks for a few gallons. Ole gal just about lost it at that point. Towed her down to the gas station on 4th and Toledo and kept asking how she was going to pay me back, just told her I had someone help me out on the side of the road before so just pay it forward next time you get a chance, she almost lost it again. Anyway made my day a million times better.

Bowhuntertex sent me an offer three or four years ago to show up at his place and he took us bowfishing with all his gear. Never had met him before then and we are friends and keep in touch, Thanks Will!

My buddy The Cajun went out of his way while working today to pick up some parts for the gas tank/motor so that we can go bowfishing tonight, Thanks amigo

Str8Shooter responded to a thread of mine when I was looking for bowfishing gear. He ended up taking me out to lunch here in town and giving me a whisker biscuit for free, Thanks Steve!

Pykiller, Korbins Bow strings, has overnighted me strings free of charge so I could make a weekend hunt, Thanks!

Old Bald Guy PM'd me, and repaired my bowfishing bow free of charge except parts, installed my new string as well, Thanks!

Crazy Horse PM'd me after my car was broken into/out of by a homeless guy, we had some good talks. Thanks!!!

I try to return the favors where I can. In fact somebody please PM with some sort of connection--- I have several outdoor magazines I'd like to ship to some troops

When I posted all my hunting gear was stolen meany members stepped up offering to loan me their bow
Also Bowhuntntexas Will helped look for it I had a lot of support from this Family here
I ended up using Rsquared (Jay's) back up bow he lives 5 min away
