The relay in the timer is broke. Send it back to get fixed. He relay is not latching closed.

THE-TIMER - simply the best deer feeder timer on the market. Easy to operate with a 5 year warranty. Compatible with any 6 or 12 volt control unit. Can feed up to 6 times a day. Fuse protected with easy 4 wire hook up, 2 to battery, 2 to motor. Wiring harness is included.

Might be of some help? I looked but there was no trouble shooting instructions, maybe you could contact them and ask?

If its buzzing you have a power problem. 99% sure you need a new battery. If you have a new battery go buy another!

this. I used to work for the company that makes The-Timer and one of my jobs was customer service/troubleshooting. I would try a fresh battery regardless of what the battery indicator on the Timer says.

Spot on...a new battery can even test good on a volt meter and still not have the amps to draw a load. Test a couple to be sure before sending the unit off for repair.

I carry a motor with me when I go to fill/service feeders. I hit the battery with just the motor to test it. Volt meters lie!
