My New Duck Huntin Girl :)

Picked her up last night. She is only 5wks old and a mess. I forgot what it was like to sleep 2 hrs and wake up, sleep 2hrs and wake up

Couple of pics and I am still working on the name , let me know some suggestions for a cool girl name for her. I am leaning towards May but still not sure.

We had a black lab named May when I was a kid, she was a great dog, absolutely fearless. She would jump right in them middle of a cactus to bust the quail.

Make sure the name is something you don't mind using in the duck blind amongst your hardcore buddies. ie...Princess sounds cute for a puppy but releasing a dog on her name, ie Princess, after a large volley of 3.5" mags, high fives and other manly deeds you find in a duck blind doesn't quite have the same feel to it....lol.....

I've always like Cinder, Coal, Shadow or Katie for a black female

She's a poser - cute pup. Pick a name that other guys won't name their dogs - best thing I do for mine - that way when we get togehter there is no chance of soemone calling in several dogs with the same name. Has happend to a couple of buddies of mine. They picked names like Duke, Sandy, Molly and so on. JMHO - ya get it whether ya ask for it or not.

One of my better dogs (Lab) was a female I named, Gem. She was a helluva derby dog before she was injured as a 2 year old. I nominate, Gem, for a name.
