While sitting here in front of the fired up grill on this beautiful Saturday evening, with an ice cold Bud Lite Lime watch-n various types of animal parts, and a couple of Texas Sized tatars wrapped up in foil on the grill, burn, I began think-n about those tatars, and their size. Ya see, these ain’t no ordinary sized Tatars, their true Texas Sized at 9” long. And proportional to their length.
The tatars are the only vegetable on the grill, or that I’m have-n tonight. They’ll be smuthured in butter, bit of course black pepper added, then topped off with some fresh made salsa I made this afternoon.
After a few more sips, and then another beer, this got me to think-n a bit more about those tatars sit-n next to all that meat. And I began to think about how just one of those tatars alone could make a thin man full for dinner. This brought to mind how happy a vegetarian would be with just one of those tatars. That in it’s self got me to think-n a little bit about vegetarians. And brought to mind this thought:
Do vegetarians mount their trophy vegetables they find or grow? I mean, we mount our trophy meat animals and fish right? I wonder if they do the same when they find one in their garden, or at the supermarket. Think I’ll have another Bud Lite Lime, and have to ponder about this a bit more.
