How long does it take to get from Humble to downtown San Antonio?

Daughter is pole vaulting in the Regional Track meet Saturday morning in Humble then playing in a volleyball tournament in San Antonio. They have a game at 1:00 Sat afternoon. Gonna be burning up I-10.
