Wish me luck guys I've a n 11 o'clock apt for a new job today. Instead of flying me up there its going to be phone style with the president , vice president and the manager of operations. I've never done this type before but I'm just as nervous as a face to face meeting.

good luck,
my advice is to have a bottle of water to keep your throat from going dry
make a script with bullet points for key questions you expect to get asked
write out the questions you have for them
bullet out your major theme points for the interview so you can go back to them if you get off tangent.
use a hands free phone or a headset is best. it frees your hands to allow you full movement. also, since they cant see you, do the interview standing up as much as possible, it will help open up your lungs and help you sound more confident
and lastly, put your stop watch or a clock in front of you to remind you to keep your answers short.
phone interviews can be tough, but not if you prepare.
good luck
