That's some fine eating. I make a little stuffing with shrimp and crab meat and stuff mine. Can't go wrong with flounder though.

Awesome either way. I've never been fortunate enough to do either. Growing up my family was more into hunting than fishing, so needless to say I didn't get much of a fishing education.

That's the way I do it but take it a step farther with a recipe from CB, Pontchartain sauce all over it.
