Usps lost package

I ordered a timney trigger off of ebay and it was apparently lost by usps.. Tracking shows it left dallas last wed and that's it.. The trigger was not insured when he shipped it.. Am I just out the money I spent?

I'd put in a claim to Ebay or Paypal.. They should be able to make it right through the buyer..

I lost some burris rings here a while back, USPS pretty much said "sorry about your bad luck." Had to order some more rings. Ebay, seller, paypal or USPS wouldn't make it right. Oh well.

Did you have a choice to insure it when you bought it? On my website I don't give the customer a choice to insure packages but if they get lost I will resend. I would contact the seller and see if he will do anything about it as I know I would.
