seems like Covert Black OPS is the way to go. Their new version and solar panel for them is coming out very soon.
Last years version with extra antenna and metal housing was $285 on ebay and works awesome. Only downfall is texting the pics makes the batteries drain in a few weeks.
$10 or $20 a month for unlimited texts thru AT&T.
I am waiting to see this new version they have with optional solar panel but I know it willbe a little more expensive -
a lot of us have Coverts Black Ops. Feed and Seed had them for 225. Here is the site. Looks like they are out of stock now. Maybe contact them and ask. Great camera!!

Was talking with local bow-shop and pretty sure was told the Covert Black Op just has a few years left before the feature will not be available with ATT? Will have to check more into that. You can hook a solar panel up to them already so I'm not sure what that means? Maybe Covert is coming out with their own but there are already panels out there that fit them.Comment
