Last time I looked, which I know has been some time, there are certain locations that you cannot carry in that are also exempt from the 30.06 sign rule.

Are medical facilities like hospitals exempt from the rule? Can you carry in a hospital?

If so, when did the rule change to allow carry in hospitals?

You can carry as long as they don't have a 30.06 sign. At last 5 yrs that I know of...

Church's, hospitals, etc... need to have a 30.06 posted for CHL holders. It changed during the 07 legislature.
Now remember, if at any time the owner or agent of owner tells you to leave because you have a concealed gun then you must leave. It states that once in an establishment if they give you written or verbal commands to leave you must or face a trespassing charge.
