I have two the following. They have been great. They have been excellent at holding a charge and the the added compressor works well but slow. You can also charge your cell on the USB or use the cigarette lighter to charge things. I have had them both for a year without any problems or loss of charge. I'm not sure what it takes to turn over an F250 but it is flawless on my f150 and yukon even at half power. I have even used it on the boat when the battery was DEAD. It supplied the power for all the electronics.
