How long does it take for the account to be activated where you can receive funds? Also is it secure to setup on my mobile phone?

use the PayPal app...its free...if you have an iPhone you can buy a card reader that will allow you to swipe cc/debit cards and transfer funds...the only thing the app wont let you do is ad funds via a money pak
I use it on my Galaxy S4 and its as secure as any other transaction as long as you dont use public wifi
Funds should be in automatically with maybe the exception of an e-check deposited
