What the heck are these critters?

Aphids. Pest species will cause lead curling, and produce honeydew(very sticky secretion that can lead to disease). Insecticidal soap will take care of them ( dish soap and water will do it too) have to spray the underside of the leaves as that is going to be where they are. Have to get the mixture on them.
