Anybody have any tricks or info on getting good deals on airline tickets? What's the best website to search? Thanks!

I was about to say book early as possible the closer you get to the day you want to fly the higher the ticket will be.

that is good advice! there used to be a place you could buy last minute flights that were not booked yet like the day before. I guess not around anymore. So American Airlines is good?

I like American as far as affordable tickets. They almost always seem to be the least expensive when we are flying.

American seems to be one of the cheapest..... Just didn't know if there were any tricks to getting cheaper rates.

Yep, that's what I did last year on my elk hunt. I didn't know how long I would be hunting so did a one way flight. I booked my return trip outside the airport on my ipad. Saved a bunch of money.
