      looks good, those portions will definately make you lose weight, I always thought it was 5 big meals a day maybe thats where i went wrong.

        Okay, how do you cook the deer meat. My wife can take care of the green stuff but I'd shore like the recipe for the venison.

                  I coat the steaks in olive oil, coat with sea salt and coarse black pepper. Pan sear them in cast iron to rare. I then coat with raspberry chipolte sauce and stick the cast iron in the oven on high broil for a few minutes. Very tasty!
