I recently bought a 2014 2500. It came with a gooseneck hitch installed already. Where can I purchase the ball that fits it? The sales guy said it can be used as a turn over hitch. Thanks

If it a turnover ball it's probably there, you just need to turn it over

Look under the wheel well on the driver side rear, see if you see a small handle above the frame, if so pull it out and give it a slight twist to lock and get in the bed and reach in and grab the metal rod and pull up. Post a pic of hitch in bed if possible.
