I woke up early this morning and it was such a nice day I decided to put our pet rabbit outside. I put it in its cage, gave it a carrot and some water and put it in the front yard. (Like I've done since we got it) well the lady across the streets dogs got out and killed it. (A min pin and a schnauzer) My wife is very upset with the whole situation and called the pound and our neighbor got a ticket. Now I can't even open my mouth in front of my wife with out her shouting at me, telling me I'm careless, it's almost comical that I'm at fault for some reason, oh well what can you do?

YIKES....sorry to hear....sounds like what you did was routine for you and the rabbit. Hopefully things will calm down soon...(I know you want like NOW).

Yes the accident is your fault... Just Kidding. She is probably just upset and she probably can't take it out on your neighbor like she wants to so you are the one suffering the wrath of her hurt. Ask her what you should have done different and would that have changed the out come? If she would like another rabbit we have 4 meat rabbits left over from the county show and I would be more than willing to part with one...
