I actually think that is a 6 ft snake. Tail is bent on ground. It is about 3 ft to the height of the truck where the guy is standing. Then look at snake, there is more snake above that mark then below it. Yes the guy has it out on a pole, but it is still a 6ftr.

not a real good photo shop on that one,,, looks like the snake has the guy by the throat,, and the dude most have incredible balance,, because his heels are about all that look like might even be on the truck......... even with all that it does appear to be a good snake now!!

Other pics posted before show the truth behind this photo. The man is hold a fairly large rattler (maybe five to six foot) on a very long pole and holding it very close to the camera. It's an illusion.
