Anybody built a metal building lately?

Looking at total costs.

Wanting slab to be 40x35, 40X30x12 steel building in my backyard.

Nothing too fancy, just a garage door to the alley and regular door into yard.

Concrete truck can get back there.

How much should I expect for slab? Roughed in plumbing for bathroom.

How much should I expect for materials?

How much should I expect for labor?

Thats kinda the neighborhood I was thinking.

The metal kit from Mueller is 6k, the slab I think will run close to the same.

Id like to keep it in the 12-15k range but I don't know if that's realistic.

My guess is that it would be in the 20-25 range, depending on how much you do yourself.
