H3 starting trouble

Anyone ever have this problem? Sometimes I go to start it and some random security feature let's it turn over but not start. According to other forums I can send the $2200 computer off to a place in South Carolina and for $50 they will reprogram it to never happen again .

Problem first started at 70000. Currently has 102000. The battery is 1 year old
