I just played TV again this weekend. I like both courses but I will say I like terra better. Not to throw a wrench in but have you looked at star ranch? It's more of an open course for guys that have a little trouble keeping it in the fairways. Like myself of course.

It was held at Star one year. I can't speak for everyone but I'm pretty sure we won't go back there. I know at least on that day they had a very "zealous" Marshall on the course...

Yes, we played at Star one year....it was not a good experience and we won't be back there
Terra Vista would be a good choice. I play there a couple of times a year and its a fun course. What about Crystal Falls? I live 5 minutes from CF and have never played it but have heard its nice.

Both are fun courses but different. Most golfers would agree Avery has a slight edge over terra vista. I have played both more times than I can count.
Avery- elevation changes, tighter fairways, more trees, more deer, more natural water.
Terra vista- pretty flat, open fairways, man made water, slightly easier track
Just my opinion but you can't go wrong with either one.
Agree. I havent made one yet but that weekend is OPEN right now. I like Avery and play it a few times a year. Did Circle C/Grey Rock price themselves out of it?
