Went out to thin out some coons and came home with 8 baby possums! Did manage to trap 6 coons though!

Did you trap a mother and they were still clinging on to her? Found one with 8 pink/hairless babies on her belly

Yes, but they were in her pouch.

Please tell me these are available! I would take at least one of the babies off your hands. Had them as pets growing up and want another. Thanks!

Heck, if you want one, you are welcome to it. I just started them on ebsilac puppy replacement today and they seem to be taking it and from age charts I have looked at, they appear to be about 3 months old but not sure.

All were eliminated, but did not have the heart to kill the baby possums. They will be rehabbed and turned loose. Only after the protein stealing coon herd!

Them things are nasty! They're worse than coons! Kill the greasy little b******S! I ate one when I was a kid. The lady that cooked it was a sweet old woman, but man that thing was the greasiest thing I ever ate. I got no use for them.

Wow, funny thing, you claim to be coon? Don't eat coons or possums but coons are a problem and possums are not so after "educating" myself on these little creatures, I look forward to their continuing recovery and release except for the one or two that I keep around the shop. You don't have to have a use for them, if they don't harm you or what you are doing, let them be. Just saying..
