...make Tom Perini's bread pudding better. It is INCREDIBLY good bread pudding, and I never dreamed it could be any better than it is. But it just got better tonight. I had them put some bacon on top of mine. Holy cow! That was good stuff. 
The waiters are going to try to get Mr. Perini to put it on the menu and name it after me.
