Family gets bigger on Wednesday...the big day is here!

So to update an older thread....

My wife is pregnant...with triplets (timed intercourse...not a science experiment) Not that that's bad...but everyone asks.

If I remember (and I'm just a little fuzzy) she's almost 32 weeks, and has just flat out run out of room for these kiddo's.

SOO...her Dr told her today that they are scheduling the C-Section for this Wednesday at 8 AM. Yeah...like day after tomorrow! I can't lie...I'm stoked to meet them, but on the selfish side...I'm tired of being a single dad (we have a 2.5 yr old girl at home with me). My wife was admitted on thursday for bed-rest and monitoring, so it's been Daddy and Liesl as the dynamic duo since then.

If all goes well...Mindee (wife) will be released home on Sunday, and the trips will come home 5 weeks later. The beautiful thing is...we are having 2 girls and a boy, and my wife had 3 miscarriages before we had Liesl. Testing showed that 2 were girls. So now...He is giving them back to us

TELL ME that there isn't a God and that He's not always working in our lives and HE has the plan. If that doesn't make you a believer...

Got a few folks to call this coming weekend who have trips of their own...you know who you are and I haven't forgotten. Life just kinda got crazy...and will continue to, I have no doubts.

I hung out with her this evening in San Antonio and we finished the list of names to pick from. Kinda strange realizing that this chapter in our lives is coming to a close in a day and a half. Awesome chapter is starting up, however.

Lots of people use modern medical techniques to help them become pregnant. I bet they'd have a problem with you calling their kids a "science experiment."
