My past experience with comcast is their actual cable TV and internet service were pretty good. That's not to be confused with their techs coming out to your house to setup or service your system.
Getting their service techs out to your place for initial setup or other service matters is a completely rediculous. Actually, if a Comcast service rep makes it out to your house on your fist scheduled appointment, you better run to the store and buy a lottery ticket.
The first time I had Comcast, it was a circus getting them out to setup the boxes, etc. I was on the verge of cancelling the service before even being able to receive it. It took 3 missed appointments and multiple phone calls to get them out for the installation.

They had the best trainer in the world and the coolest boss ever.
Maybe you can pull some strings for me. But your going to have to deal with tech support in India to work it out.
They sent a tech out this morning and he showed up before our appointment and buried a cable but did not hook it up because that's not what his orders said to do lol!!
We(my coworkers in the tech industry) have a phrase for customers of comcast.... comcastrated... they're really that bad...
suddenlink and tvmax are even worse....
For those thinking of doing Roku/AppleTv or just plain streaming it all online, better check with your ISP. Most now days are going to start capping the amount of interwebs you can get each month. ATT does 250GB, but a lot are much more restrictive...
Also, make sure you can get what you want to watch without a cable provider.

Funny you say that because I haven't yet been capped and I have Uverse. My roommates watch Netflix likes it's their job and they also play online games as well.
