does anyone know of a place to take a cow to be processed around ellis county. i used to take them to j&s but they closed. i will go anywhere around dallas, johnson, navarro, kaufman counties

Kuby's does good work..Never used em,but I've had several taste tests over the years.Rudolph's is also very good.
