I've got the same light, but in green. Works like a CHAMP! The pressure switch seems kinda loud though. Mine came with a mounting clamp as well. I'm guessing your did too but it wouldn't work with your stabilizer.

Mine came with the clamp, I wish it would work but Velcro works fine.
