Can't post pics

Anyone have any idea as to why I can't post pics? I have been able to in the past, but now I can't. I can upload, but not attach. Can't figure it out.

Whenever I attach a photo, sometimes it wont attach so I go to my pic on the computer and resize so that it is "smaller" then attach it..........works every time for me
