OK So I haven't been getting any child support since October... Sons mother now has a new job as a waitress how will they take away cs is she only gets paid $2.50 hr? her cs payment is only $250 a month right now.. Do yall know if they factor in tips?

The AG knows she isn't making 2.60 an hour. From my dealings with them as an employer that has to deduct CS from employees checks they are hard as nails and you should be getting money on her next pay cycle. I write checks to the AG every week.Comment
