    When does a moving violation show up on record

    I got a speeding ticket in December, pled no contest, and paid the fine. As of two days ago, it wasn't on there. Is this just some strange lucky occurrence? I've got a couple interviews this week in Odessa (trying to break into the oilfield) and obviously trying to keep my record clean and hoping that one of the bigger service companies will pay for CDL training.

    Some counties report them and some do not. Highway patrol or a sheriff's deputy?
