Great starter pkg bow. Very wide range of DL. Smooth drawing. And solid back wall. Decent speed. Dependable and very affordable for a beginner or someone on a budget. I'm a Hoyt guy but think its one of the best pkg at the price.Comment

Me and my dad both have one. I've killed deer with both of those bows (his before I got mine). For those of us who can't afford $1000 bows plus the equipment that goes with it, I wouldn't buy anything else. You can rig one up counting arrows and release brand new for under $500. When buying it my dad said, yes, the mathews I shot was better. But it wasn't $600 better.
PSE has been making good bows for a longgggg time. It's not as fast as a $1000 bow, but its like half again as fast as trad equipment, so no problem. I doubt very seriously you would be disappointed in one.Comment

Have two pse stingers, great bows. killed several deer with them. I picked up one at a pawn shop last year for $200 because I wanted a back-up for my current stinger.Comment
