I thought this was supposed to be a live hunt. Did y'all see much? I was hoping to get a preview of the ranch. I'm planning to go to the LSBA Bugscuffle Ranch Ham & Ram Hunt May 2-4. Anyone planning to go on that one?

Cell signal is very weak on most of the ranch (decent service and wifi at camp) which makes true live hunts difficult. It was a tough hunt with the weather and moon phase but we saw some axis and Humper shot one. Plenty of game to watch and a great ranch to hunt. I wouldn't hesitate to go there over any other day lease type ranch I have hunted.

It was the toughest hunt I've ever had there. And that's out of 7 hunts... I had a quick opportunity the first evening at a doe and hesitated not knowing the axis were going stay in the hills.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending the Bug to my best friend. Which y'all are.

The ride home was interesting with 3 wrecks, 2 major completely shutting down the hwy. 1 was a jack knifed 18 wheeler on the southbound side that caused a big backup on my side by onlookers. Jackwagons...

And packing up Jeff may have torn a ligament in his leg!! Hope you get better quick bud.
