Gas stolen again!!!!!

Well, I got up sat. morning to go to work, my car had used 3/4 of a tank sitting in the driveway overnight! Also, I went yesterday to fill up my wifes car and it has mysteriously lost 60 miles to a tank. It only has a 12gal tank, so 60 miles is a pretty good loss. Usually gets 280-290 miles per tank, it only had 220 on it yesterday. I called the police and filed another report. I informed them that I had put my trail cam to watch over my driveway ( rear entry ) and that I hope they catch them before I do! I cannot stand thieves!

never assume. Try to get pics or wait up one night and catch them in the act.

Trail camera's are only going to work if you can get a clear image of the crook. You'll need to have the camera pretty close. However a motion sensor light will just about deter anyone. Especially when it lights up the area they are wanting to be in. For even more excitement rig the light to a buzzer/small light in the bedroom and you'll know every time it is tripped. Then you can go out there and catch them.

Be glad they didn't do your truck like several over in Benbrook. They crawl under 'em with a drill and a short bucket, drill a hole in the tank, take what they want and the rest just pours out under the truck.... I hate thieves.

Get a 5 gallon gas can and fill it with water. Leave it by your car. I'm sure they'll steal it and mess their car up.
