I am needing to consult with an attorney regarding my fathers business. He inherited 1/3 of an estate and the IE didn't do their job correctly. One of the best tax attorney in b/cs area is Chris Smitherman 979-731-8700. Chris helped me with several real estate transactions when I was working for a company that build government office building in several states.
