Not sure about anyone else,but tonight we chicken fried some of my aoudad backstrap and i gott a say it was just as good if not better than any backstrap i have ever ate,and ive had elk,deer,axis ,moose straps. ive read that alot of people would rather eat dog p..p than aoudad, it was very tasty and tender,i got it processed at hudsons in austin.

I've given 2 to the lady that watches my kids and she said she will take all I can bring her. I've just got the hams n straps off em all. -
People look at me funny when I saw I eat ram and aoudad
I have to kill one every time I am in Texas for the wife, she looks forward to it every year

Some other customer from the processor is going to be REAL disappointed in the meat they get 'cause you got theirs and they got yours!!
