    Weber Customer Service

    We hear so many rants about poor customer service I thought I would share a positive experience. I purchased the Weber Gourmet Grill system that included heavy duty grill grates and a cast iron insert. The grates became rusty and I couldn't get them clean and the cast iron insert broke a tab.

    I contacted Weber and they were very responsive. After sending them pictures, they informed me they would be sending out a new grate and cast iron insert.

    This is another reason why I love Weber grills.

    And no, I do not work for them and am not associated with them. I just love grilling on Webers.

      Big Weber fan here too. I used to get by on cheaper larger grills with more "frills" that didn't last. I'm 5 years in on my current Weber Spirit gas grill and all I've had to do is take a wire brush to the burners once....good as new. I do keep it covered when not in use but it is the best grill I've ever had. TD above and the Weber name made me look at the Weber Smokey Mountain as well. Glad I did.

      The only time i have had to use customer service was to exchange the ceramic grates my gas grill came with for cast iron grates, which I love for steaks. No issues. I'm a fan of the quality and performance..

        Lovw my Weber kettle grill. Mom had one that lasted about 15 years that was kept outside.
