Good to hear. I just bought my second pst and am thinking of an 8x42 bino.

I haven't had any issues with mine and but have had some really good service experiences in the past few years. Cooper and Sako rifles went above and beyond for me.

Nikon has not been bueno with CS with me either. Burris on the other hand has bent over backwards to make it right. I will try Vortex just because of write ups like this.
